Trisha O’Donoghue was born and raised in Oklahoma City. After graduating from OU, she moved to Chicago with her husband, Dan, to pursue a passion for pastry. Trisha attended the French Pastry School in 2010 then went to work in various kitchens throughout Chicago for the next nine years. In 2019, Trisha moved back to OKC with her husband and two children to be closer to family. Soon after moving back, an opportunity arose to partner with one of the most exciting new ventures in Oklahoma, the Bradford House. Never one to back down, Trisha opened Quincy Bake Shop in August 2020 in the middle of a pandemic.

Soon after Quincy Bake Shop opened, David Galvis, a Colombian transplant to OKC by way of the oil and gas sector, approached Trisha about partnering and starting Quincy Case. Quincy Case is a monthly subscription baking service that delivers inspiring recipes, detailed tutorial videos and pre-measured ingredients to your doorstep. David was inspired to share Trisha’s love for baking with everyone and bring innovative baking experiences to those who aren’t able to visit Quincy Bake Shop locally. Try your own hand at making Quincy Bake Shop’s bestsellers by ordering a box.
